Job Description We are thrilled to represent a prestigious client, a 501c3 nonprofit healthcare facility deeply committed to advancing community health in Buffalo, NY, and beyond. Our client seeks a Director of Nursing Excellence to join their dynamic team and drive excellence in nursing operations and patient care.

Role Overview:

Drive nursing excellence initiatives by initiating, planning, and managing projects and operational areas.
Collaborate closely with leadership to support system-wide nursing needs, safety initiatives, patient experience strategies, employee satisfaction, and other oversight projects.
Coordinate the nursing excellence plan from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a master's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, or Health Care Administration is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in healthcare operations or similar regulated industries.
Solid background in strategic development, planning, analysis, and quality improvement.
Prior experience in project management is advantageous.
An RN license is required upon hire; preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and clinical certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. No weekends or holidays are required.
