Director of Nursing - Hospice

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Full Benefits

Are you a seasoned RN with a heart for hospice care and leadership? We're seeking a compassionate and driven Director of Nursing to lead a top-tier hospice team in Houston, TX. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise a dedicated interdisciplinary team (RN Case Managers, LPNs, CNAs, Chaplains, MSWs)

• Ensure compliance with hospice guidelines and quality care standards

• Oversee admissions, care planning, and the IDT process

• Drive clinical excellence and operational growth

• Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets and improve performance

What You’ll Need:

• Active RN license in Texas

• Minimum 2 years in healthcare (1+ year in hospice preferred)

• Knowledge of hospice policies, regulations, and best practices

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Clean background and driving record
