Position Overview

As Director of Labor & Delivery, you'll oversee a 40-50 bed unit while providing strategic leadership and operational excellence in maternal care services. This role combines clinical expertise with administrative leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and operational management of the L&D department
• Lead and mentor a team of 143 healthcare professionals
• Ensure excellence in patient care delivery and satisfaction metrics
• Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
• Foster collaboration between physicians, nursing staff, and administrative teams

Required Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Current RN license
• 5+ years L&D experience in acute care setting
• Minimum 2 years management experience in L&D
