Director of Nursing or Wellness Director- RN or LVN

At The Jasper of Sarasota, a Sonida Senior Living community, we're dedicated to helping residents live with purpose, dignity, and joy. We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Wellness Director to lead our clinical and wellness services for approximately 107 residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll oversee resident wellness, lead and develop care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and help create an exceptional experience for residents and families.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

Clinical & Wellness Leadership

• Lead resident wellness, assessments, care planning, and clinical services


• Supervise, coach, and develop caregiving and nursing team members


• Ensure compliance with state regulations and quality standards

Resident & Family Experience

• Partner with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers


• Promote exceptional resident satisfaction and quality of care

Qualifications

Required

• Licensed or Registered Nurse (where required by state regulations)


• 3+ years of senior living, geriatric nursing, or healthcare experience


• Leadership and team development experience


• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
