Director of Nursing (RN)

We are looking for an experienced individual to become part Lakeside Health & Wellness' leadership team as our Director of Nursing! 

This role is in Kemp, TX (30 minutes East of Dallas)

The Job

The Director of Nursing will support the successful execution of Lakeside Health & Wellness's mission and Core Values by ensuring quality care through associate engagement, excellent clinical services and customer satisfaction within the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.


• Valid State licensure as an RN.


• 
  At least three (3) years of progressive management or supervisory experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative or geriatric nursing.
  
  
  
  • DON Experience of 2-3 years needed
  
  
  • Texas DON Experience is highly regarded
  
  
  
  


• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Records (PCC)
