POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of Emergency Services
• Accountable for improving patient outcomes and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care
• Collaborates with providers, staff, and leadership to support clinical performance and patient experience
• Supports staff recruitment, retention, engagement, and development initiatives
• Oversees staff education, competency, and adherence to clinical and patient safety standards
• Partners with quality leadership to support accreditation compliance efforts

COMPENSATION
• Salary range: $70,000-$130,000 annually
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Partial relocation assistance available

• Emergency Department supported by approximately 70 RNs and nursing support staff
• Approximately 46,000 patient visits annually
• 36-bed Emergency Department
• OASIS Emergency Services includes an 8-bed senior-focused unit

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) REQUIRED
• Current Alabama RN license or eligibility for licensure REQUIRED
• Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services REQUIRED
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships REQUIRED
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and implement performance improvement initiatives REQUIRED
• BLS certification REQUIRED or obtained within defined timeframe
• ACLS certification REQUIRED or obtained within defined timeframe
• Clean nursing license with no disciplinary issues REQUIRED
• Emergency Department leadership experience preferred
