We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our skilled nursing facility in Gastonia, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident care and team development.

Position Summary:
As Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring the highest quality of care, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment for staff and residents alike. You will lead the nursing team with integrity, vision, and a deep commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for the nursing department
   
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
   
• Recruit, train, and retain top nursing talent
   
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans
   
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
   

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
   
• Previous DON or strong ADON experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
   
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
   
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and quality assurance practices
