Director of Nursing - Senior Living

An upscale senior living community is looking for an experienced LPN or RN to lead resident wellness and care services. This position will oversee clinical operations, medication management, care coordination, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance while helping maintain a high standard of resident care.

The Nurse will work collaboratively with residents, their families, healthcare providers, and community leadership to promote quality care, support the development of the care team, and ensure all services meet applicable regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or RN license in Colorado


• At least 3 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care


• Excellent clinical judgment along with strong organizational and communication abilities


• Previous experience leading, supervising, or training caregiving or nursing staff


• Familiarity with resident assessments, individualized care plans, and medication management systems preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day resident care and wellness services


• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to caregiving and nursing team members


• Oversee resident assessments and individualized care planning


• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies


• Assist with recruiting, staffing schedules, employee training, and performance oversight


• Communicate with families and healthcare providers to facilitate consistent and coordinated resident care

Compensation

$85,000–$90,000 annually
