Mountain Ridge Health and Rehab a Regency Care facility is located in Black Mountain, NC is currently looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to direct our clinical staff and join our dynamic professional team.

The Director of Nursing will plan, organize, and develop the quality of resident care and ensure the highest level of quality resident care in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations as well as policies and procedures. The Director will have administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the functions, activities and standards of practice of the nursing staff. They will help to ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality resident services, provide training, develop staff, and develop and implement programs to enhance resident and family satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with RN degree


• Director of Nursing experience in long term care preferred.


• Must possess computer skills as the facility has fully integrated electronic health records


• Demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills
