Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven Operations Director to join our launch team at Chick-fil-A Brockport. This is a rare opportunity to help build a Chick-fil-A from the ground up. You’ll work directly alongside the Operator, Aaron Reynolds, to shape the team, culture, and operational systems of this new location—making a meaningful impact on the community from day one.

Your Impact

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations including FOH, BOH, and Drive-Thru
  
• Ensure operational excellence in speed, accuracy, hospitality, and cleanliness
  
• Manage labor optimization, food safety compliance, and daily execution
  
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and Team Members
  
• Drive guest satisfaction through hands-on, “coach-player” leadership
  
• Collaborate with other Directors and the Operator on high-level planning and culture-building
  
• Identify systems to support sustainable growth
  
• Lead operational readiness for Grand Opening and special events
  
• Reinforce Chick-fil-A’s culture of care, excellence, and impact
  

Background Profile

• 1+ year of Chick-fil-A leadership experience required
  
• Proven success in developing high-performing teams
  
• Strong understanding of FOH/BOH operations, food safety, and CFA systems
  
• Experience leading during peak business hours or in high-volume environments
  
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
  
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods (10 hours)
  
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  
• Self-starter who thrives in high-stress, high-demand environments
