Director Of Operations

The Director of Operations at Invicta Software is a highly crucial position, core to the structure of our company. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the company, including IT, customer service, and marketing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field. A Master's degree is preferable.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior operations role within a software or technology company.
• Proven track record of effectively leading an operational team with evidence of business growth and development.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a comprehensive understanding of business management principles and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with standard office software, including Microsoft Office and project management tools.
