Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 3 store company. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, project management, and supervisory skills. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all operational activities of the company
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Identify opportunities for business development and sales growth
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful execution
- Proficient in strategic planning and decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve profitability targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
