Director of Operations

Restaurant Director of Operations - Bilingual in Spanish - Visiting all restaurants in Houston.
This is more of a corporate position overseeing the restaurants with

benefits offered

and

no work on weekends . Reporting to the COO and working on company's initiatives. Office in the Heights area of Houston.

The ideal candidate will join the senior management team. This opening arises from expansion, seeking individuals fluent in English and Spanish who can oversee several restaurant stores, contribute to

marketing initiatives

and

communication efforts .

Responsibilities
Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
Ability to support a culture that focuses on the guest experience and cultivates an environment rich in the integrity of food and service
Possesses strong leadership skills that engage and inspire others with the ability to work within the appropriate level of independence
Strategic forecasting, cost controls and other systems that support KPIs
Experienced in the training and development of new and existing management
Utilize all available data/resources to understand and report every component of a Store’s performance
Make operational changes as appropriate to ensure financial standards are met
Proficient in the use of all systems – Aloha as well as MS Outlook and Excel
Assist with marketing at a corporate level, manage contracts and communication and report to the COO and must be able to communicate to ownership of the franchise as needed
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects

Qualifications
3+ years of managing several restaurants as a GM
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience leading and managing large teams
Previous management or people in the restaurant industry
Train teams on the service model, menu execution, systems and program implementation
Ability in forecasting and cost controls

Salary of $80,000 +Bonus

with benefits, 2 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days, medical, vision, and dental coverage.
