The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinic operations, including patient care, staff management, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring all activities comply with legal regulations and guidelines.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
4. Manage staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and addressing any issues or conflicts.
5. Monitor and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring resources are used effectively and responsibly.
6. Oversee patient satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
7. Ensure that the clinic is updated with the latest healthcare technology and trends.
8. Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and improve communication.
9. Promote a positive and supportive work environment for all staff members.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position within a healthcare facility.
3. Proven experience as a Director of Operations or a similar role.
4. Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and procedures.
5. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
8. Proficient in using healthcare software and computer systems.
9. Ability to make decisions in high-stress situations.
10. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving healthcare services.
