DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university. (MBA – Preferred)
3 years of experience working in Sales Manufacturing / Customer Service/ Direct Sales industry
P&L knowledge and responsibility

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

As a Sales Operations Manager , you will be pivotal in overseeing and enhancing our operations, focusing on business development and sales strategies. This multifaceted position requires a visionary leader who can balance the responsibilities of operations, sales growth, and strategic planning.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Monitor and analyze the organization’s budget and financial reports and collaborate with department management to develop financial plans
Set Sales plans & and strategies using sales trend analysis and the break-even analysis as tools to project sales and strategies to achieve those sales.
Manage the sales functions, including soliciting, quoting, receiving, costing and pricing, time schedule, and monitoring status
Strategic business planning and Strategic outlook for business development
Review and approve; determine profit percentage; estimate delivery date
Manage and enhance the production facility, equipment, and resources to meet production goals and ensure quality standards
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and maintaining strong customer relationships
