Director of Operations

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Director of Operations to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of our organization and drive overall productivity. The ideal candidate will excel at managing internal relationships, overseeing project management initiatives, maintaining client relationships, and leading a team to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by developing and maintaining strong internal relationships across the company.
Handle recruitment, interviews, hiring, and, when necessary, terminations of employees.
Review and redesign the company structure to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Lead project timelines and provide team leadership, working with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors.
Build and nurture relationships with Regional Managers and ensure compliance with corporate strategic initiatives.
