As the Director of Operations Excellence, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive measurable results across the organization. This is a high-impact role where your leadership and vision will directly influence the company’s performance and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
• Lead process improvement initiatives across underwriting, claims, customer service, and other operational areas
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices
• Drive continuous improvement culture through coaching, training, and change management
• Present operational insights and recommendations to executive leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 7–12+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or business excellence
• Proven success leading cross-functional operational initiatives in insurance, financial services, or related industries
• Strong analytical skills, process optimization expertise, and project management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks is highly desirable
• Ability to drive change and influence senior leadership

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $160,000
• Total Compensation (OTE): $180,000 – $210,000+ (includes performance-based bonus)
