Director Of Operations - Manufacturing

In this role the Director of Manufacturing will oversee all manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing all aspects of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to streamline processes and drive innovation.

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing operations, aligning with company goals and objectives

Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness, including process optimization, automation, and waste reduction.

Lead and manage the manufacturing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
