Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with company objectives.

Leverage Six Sigma methodologies to introduce process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
Manage the intricacies of the supply chain, encompassing inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
Lead and guide the production team, placing a high premium on safety and quality.
Take charge of financial performance, from budgeting to detailed analysis of P&L statements.
Communicate effectively across various organizational tiers, including senior leadership, production teams, and customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a distinct advantage.
Over 5 years of experience in successfully managing product-focused companies, ideally within the metal fabrication realm.
Proficiency in supply chain management, encompassing procurement, inventory, and logistics.
Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets and analyze P&L statements.
Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for engaging with diverse organizational levels.
