George Thomas Executive Search is seeking a dedicated, operations-focused professional to join a growing network of veterinary practices in California.

The Role:
As a Director of Operations, you will collaborate with Partners, Associate DVMs, and Practice Managers to ensure smooth operations in their hospitals. Your goals will include maximizing client satisfaction, promoting pet health, fostering positive hospital cultures, and achieving strong financial results.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the operational performance of practices in your region
Implement initiatives to enhance practice performance
Onboard new practices in your region successfully
Support practices in achieving their financial goals
Requiring at least 50% travel

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field
Veterinary management experience preferred; CVPM highly desirable
Proven skills in budget management and P&L adjustments
Experience leading a growing business with multiple locations
Residency in the region or willingness to relocate
