Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, and other hospitality venues

- Lead, motivate, and manage outlet managers and staff to ensure high standards of customer service and team performance

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and increase outlet visibility

- Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to continuously improve offerings and guest satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience in managing multiple outlets within the hospitality or food and beverage industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards
