- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in paid social media strategy within a media agency or similar environment, with a strong emphasis on media buying.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid social campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and lead a team.
