The role requires a candidate with a background in scaling complex operations, particularly within a healthcare technology company, and a proven track record of creating, building, and optimizing experience operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for healthcare, mental health, and higher education.
