Director of Patient Services/Director of Nursing Home Infusion

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Patient Services / Director of Nursing to lead our home infusion program. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall clinical leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards.
• Oversee patient care plans, staff scheduling, and performance management.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Current NY RN license (required).
• 3+ years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in home infusion or home health.
