Location: Oakland, CA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $300,000–$310,000 per year

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Director of Pediatric Services to guide a pediatrics clinic that serves a predominantly underserved and Black patient population. This role balances clinical oversight, staff development, and community engagement to ensure that every child receives safe, respectful, and culturally responsive care.

Key Duties:

• Supervise pediatric physicians and clinical staff, providing regular feedback and support
• Develop and refine clinic protocols, schedules, and workflows for efficient operations
• Monitor key metrics and implement quality improvement plans
• Collaborate with local schools, community organizations, and stakeholders to address pediatric health needs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards

• Active California medical license without disciplinary history
• Board-certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics
• Current DEA and BLS certifications
• Minimum 7 years of ambulatory pediatric experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Experience in community-based or FQHC environments and working closely with the Black community
