Location: San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $300,000–$310,000 annually

Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Pediatric Services to lead an integrated pediatric program where medical, behavioral health, and social services work closely together. The ideal candidate will be a physician leader who can coordinate across disciplines while keeping children and families at the center of every decision.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership to pediatric providers and support integrated care with other departments
• Establish care pathways that address medical, psychosocial, and social determinants of health
• Use EHR tools and data reports to monitor outcomes and guide improvements
• Promote culturally concordant care with special attention to the needs of Black children and their families
• Participate in organizational leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning

• Active California medical license without disciplinary history
• Board-certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics
• Current DEA and BLS certifications
• Minimum 7 years of ambulatory pediatric experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Experience in community-based or FQHC environments and working closely with the Black community
