Position: Full-Time
Salary: $187,000–$210,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Fremont, CA

About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Pharmacy who leads with both heart and expertise. This position oversees pharmacy operations across two community-based health centers, ensuring patients receive safe, accessible, and high-quality care. The Director will act as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), managing compliance, leading the 340B Program, and fostering mentorship within the pharmacy team.

Responsibilities

• Direct all pharmacy operations and uphold compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Serve as PIC, managing licensing, audits, and quality assurance.
• Lead and monitor the 340B Drug Pricing Program in alignment with HRSA guidelines.
• Guide the P&T Committee in formulary management and safety.
• Mentor pharmacists, residents, and externs to support professional growth.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and cost-control measures.
• Partner with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes and education.

• PharmD or BPharm from an accredited institution.
• Active California Pharmacist license.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience; FQHC experience preferred.
• Proven 340B Program management; prior PIC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred.

• Annual salary: $187,000–$210,000.
