Director of Photolithography DRAM

Develop and implement a clear vision and executable strategies aligned with corporate objectives for the photolithography DRAM function. Initiate and lead program-level improvements to optimize performance (P2P) and speed time to market. Drive cross-functional teams to resolve complex, high-impact program challenges and plan worldwide technology deployments. Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or related discipline. Greater than 10 years in semiconductor manufacturing, with deep knowledge of photolithography and DRAM technology. Proven ability to lead large technical teams, manage budgets, and deliver global-scale programs. Expertise in vendor management, technology roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with talent management and People initiatives. Visionary leadership with foresight into future technology trends. Establish and manage sub-function budgets, ensuring responsible financial stewardship.
