Who Are We:
Comply is the leading provider of compliance SaaS and consulting services for the global financial services sector. With more than 5,000 clients and hundreds of employees across the globe, Comply empowers Chief Compliance Officers and their teams to proactively manage regulatory obligations, mitigate risk, and scale with efficiency and confidence.
Comply serves thousands of global financial services clients including broker-dealers, insurers, investment banks, private funds, RIAs, and wealth managers who rely on Comply offerings to power their compliance programs.
The Role:
Comply is seeking a senior communications leader to define and execute our PR, media, and executive communications strategy — and to elevate our CEO and executive team into visible, trusted authorities within financial services and regulatory compliance.
This role owns how Comply is understood by the market: what stories get told, where we show up, who speaks for us, and why we matter. You will lead earned and owned media, executive visibility, social influence, and external recognition with a clear mandate: build credibility in a highly regulated industry, shape category narrative, and connect communications output to measurable business outcomes.
This is a high-caliber role for a strategic operator who understands the nuance, rigor, and trust required to communicate with financial institutions, regulators, and compliance leaders — and who can translate complex regulatory and AI-driven innovation into clear, compelling narratives across integrated channels.
$121,000 - $132,000 a year
The all-in total compensation for this role is $121,000 and $132,000. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be $110,000 - $120,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
