We’re seeking a Director of Practice Management to join us.

As a Director of Practice Management, you will lead a team of Practice Managers while also directly managing strategic client relationships and driving organizational initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced CPA or healthcare executive who is passionate about delivering high-impact results and shaping the future of physician practice management.

What you’ll do:

• Provide leadership and strategic oversight across a portfolio of physician group clients
• Lead and mentor a team of Practice Managers, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across the board
• Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex needs
• Oversee and contribute to the development of innovative client solutions, focusing on financial performance, growth, and operational excellence
• Partner with internal teams to align resources, strategies, and initiatives to meet client and company objectives
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics across clients; drive recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and client satisfaction
• Serve as a thought leader within the organization, contributing to the evolution of service models, best practices, and strategic planning
• Engage in contract negotiations, vendor relations, and partnership development on behalf of clients and Zotec
• Share Zotec tools, technology, and innovations to strengthen client outcomes and team efficiency
• Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and client engagements as a subject matter expert

What you’ll bring to Zotec:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance, practice management, or consulting
• Proven experience managing physician practices or leading complex healthcare engagements
• Advanced understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and healthcare industry dynamics
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of team development and performance management
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic mindset, and a passion for client service excellence
