Director Of Product

The Director of Product at HR INFLUENCE LLC is an executive-focused role that calls for a deep understanding of both the technology and business aspects of product management. This highly strategic position involves managing the life cycle process for an entire product line from the strategic planning to tactical activities. The director will communicate with all areas of the company, playing a significant role in promoting the growth and profitability of the business through the execution of influential product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap consistent with company vision and customer needs
• Lead and motivate a team of Product Managers to create innovative products
• Be an expert with respect to the competition, and anticipate trends in the market
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Collaborate with all relevant departments to guarantee the product fits with the company strategy and goals
• Ensure the technical features of the product meet customer requirements and manage change control processes
• Develop budgets, forecasts, metrics and measures. Monitor and evaluate the results
• Lead product launches with the marketing team and engage with PR and external stakeholders to drive product awareness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in the tech industry
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Deep understanding of technical principles and a good grasp of the latest technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional teamwork skills and proven leadership and management ability
• Ability to drive projects to completion in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
