The Opportunity

As the

Director of Product Management for Payments & Growth , you’ll lead two critical domains at RentSpree. This pivotal role will drive the strategic development and expansion of both our growth initiatives and payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Growth: Spearhead initiatives to increase landlord adoption of the RentSpree platform, empowering agents and landlords to manage properties more effectively.

Payments: Lead the development and launch of innovative rent payment services, financial tools, and property management services.

Develop and execute a clear, impactful product vision for both growth and payments, aligning with RentSpree’s mission and market needs.

Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing high-value projects and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Lead and mentor a team of three product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Orchestrate effective collaboration across time zones (PST and Thailand GMT+7), ensuring RentSpree’s products remain at the forefront of the industry.

Utilize data, market research, and competitor analysis to guide product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to make informed decisions.

Author detailed product briefs and requirements, manage project scope, dependencies, communication, and stakeholder alignment.

Skills & Requirements

8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record in leading payment systems and growth strategies in property technology or similar fields.

Extensive leadership experience, including managing product teams and complex projects in international settings.

In-depth knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including strategic growth initiatives and fraud prevention.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of leading strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Data-driven approach, focused on setting and achieving key OKRs that connect to business outcomes and the product roadmap.

Ability to work flexible hours to effectively coordinate with teams in Thailand, ideally located on the US West Coast (PST).

Ability to coordinate effectively with thought leaders in Thailand (~5-7pm PT)

This role is hybrid on-site in Seattle, WA.

Compensation: $240,000 – $260,000 + equity (ESOP)
