Director of Product, Marketing - Room for Advancement

This role is to add product marketing support for AVANT products such as PATHFINDER (https://goavant.net/pathfinder/). We are looking for an entrepreneurial mindset, that can help drive adoption of our new feature launches and enhance the impact of our past feature launches.

Essential Functions:

• Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive product awareness, adoption, and growth
• Collaborate with the product team to understand key features, functionalities and benefits of the software platform. Then translate technical capabilities into customer-facing messaging
• Facilitate feature launches with the internal business stakeholders such as sales, operations, marketing and leadership teams
• Conduct training for all users before, during and after feature launches to maximize awareness and adoption
• Work with Marketing to produce high-quality marketing collateral such as sales enablement materials, case studies, whitepapers, and product documentation to support sales efforts and educate users
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including in-platform guidance, to drive adoption of our platforms and new features. Bullet point as many essential functions as necessary

Qualification Highlights:

· Application experience with JIRA, Figma, Adobe, Pendo, Salesforce, Twilio, o365

· Experience in multi-channel marketing

· Design experience is encouraged, not required.

· 2 years of Software Marketing experience

· Role is remote. Offices available if candidate is in Chicago, Dallas or Phoenix.
