In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the product strategy for the Puzzle division, aiming to enhance player retention, engagement, and monetization. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will drive the roadmap that will influence the future of our partner’s Puzzle games. Accountabilities
- Own the Puzzle division product strategy and roadmap - Align priorities with business goals and player needs
- Lead and grow the Product team - Support PMs/POs and build strong ways of working
- Drive execution across the full game lifecycle - From soft launch to live operations
- Use data to improve performance - Optimize progression, difficulty, retention, and monetization
- Partner with UA/Marketing - Align product beats with growth and profitability
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management - With experience launching and scaling mobile titles
- Puzzle expertise - Understanding of progression, difficulty, level performance, and live events
- Strong analytical mindset - Comfortable making decisions with data and experiments
- Leadership experience - Ability to lead PMs/POs and align cross-functional teams
- Fast, iterative approach - You execute quickly and learn from results
