About the Role

Are you a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Director of Supply Chain to lead and elevate our end-to-end operations across retailers and eCommerce.

In this role, you’ll own the full supply chain, from demand planning and sourcing to global logistics, warehousing, distribution, and returns. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product availability, driving operational excellence, and optimizing costs while supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
•  8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience in consumer products
• Proven leadership experience managing planning, logistics, and operations teams
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain, import/export regulations, and domestic distribution
•  Experience supporting major retailers (e.g., big-box, club, or specialty) and eCommerce channels
•  Expertise in sales & operations planning processes, demand planning, and inventory optimization
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and supply chain tools.
