Well\-established hospital located near Charlottesville, VA is looking for a Director of Quality and Risk to join their team. Details are below.

Salary: $100,000 \- $115,000/annually (eligible for quarterly bonuses)

Director of Quality and Risk Opportunity:

• 2 employees reporting to this director are the Patient Assessment Standards Coordinator (PASC) and HIMS Supervisor
  


• The position reports directly to the CEO at the hospital and supported by the Regional Director of Quality and Risk.
  


• Must have gone through specifically The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation in a hospital setting as this is one of the position’s primary responsibilities.
  


• Director of Quality and Risk must have experience with patient satisfaction surveys/experience, analyzing trends, feedback, data, and presenting/creating plans for improvement
  

Director of Quality and Risk Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
  


• License or Certification as required by state regulations.
  


• Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management, including primary responsibility for performance improvement activities, regulatory compliance, conflict resolution, leadership, and risk management activities.
