About the Role:

Were seeking an experienced Director of Quality Control to join our team in Hildale, UT. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a proactive professional passionate about quality in the dietary supplement industry. Youll lead our QC team, ensure compliance with FDA/CFR and cGMP regulations, oversee lab operations, and drive quality initiatives across all products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with FDA/CFR, cGMP, FLP, and PPE standards across all operations
• Develop, review, and maintain product formulas, specifications, and documentation
• Oversee laboratory operations, testing, and reserve sample management
• Review, approve, and document processes and products to maintain quality standards
• Conduct audits and qualify contract manufacturers through assessments
• Lead, mentor, and train the quality control team to achieve organizational goals
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend meetings and trainings as required

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a scientific discipline
• 2 + years of experience in quality control management
• At least 1 year of experience in dietary supplement quality control
• Strong knowledge of FDA/CFR regulations, cGMP, FLP, and laboratory safety standards

• Strong communication, listening, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and adaptable mindset
• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and other relevant computer tools
