Director of Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement 

Join Millennium Print Group as our Director of Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement! 

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee Quality, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Continuous Improvement across our manufacturing operations. If you're passionate about building high-performing teams, developing operational excellence systems, and driving measurable business results, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact at one of the world's most advanced trading card manufacturing organizations. 

Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

What You'll Do 

• Lead enterprise Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement programs. 

• Develop and maintain systems that ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. 

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. 

• Build and develop high-performing Quality, EHS, and Continuous Improvement teams. 

• Establish performance metrics, audits, corrective action programs, and operational standards. 

• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Security, and HR leaders to improve performance and manage risk. 

• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action efforts. 

• Support customer audits, quality reviews, and strategic business initiatives. 

• Create a culture focused on safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. 

What You'll Bring 

Education 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required. 

• Advanced degree preferred. 

Experience 

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing quality, safety, operational excellence, or related disciplines. 

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex manufacturing environments. 

• Experience supporting 24/7 operations preferred. 

Skills & Qualifications 

• Expertise in Quality Management Systems, CAPA, audits, and process control. 

• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements. 

• Proven success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies. 

• Strong financial, analytical, project management, and change leadership skills. 

• Exceptional communication and executive leadership abilities. 

• Ability to influence across all organizational levels.
