We are seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate to oversee our corporate owned offices nationally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial property management, leasing and construction and tenant improvement projects. The Director of Real Estate will coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, manage the private office rentals and advertising, coordinate new and existing office tenant improvements, manage vendor relationships and provide management with new leasing opportunities nationally.

Some of the skills needed to be the Director of Real Estate are at least 5 years of experience in property management, proficiency with CoStar, knowledge of maintenance and repair processes and must be a problem solver with strong negotiation skills.
