CCAR is looking to hire a full-time Director of Recovery Coaching.

Position Summary: As part of the CCAR Leadership Team, directs the daily operations of recovery coaching services and is responsible for staff supervision.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of five years of successful and progressive experience in service/program delivery with a nonprofit organization.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in the Recovery Support Services field.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with program development and evaluation.
• Experience in outreach, networking, promotion, and training.
• Knowledge of addiction recovery premises and practices.
• Strong customer service ethic.
• Proficient with various computer software, including database management and hardware.
• Cross-cultural skills and experience with culturally diverse populations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, delivery, coordination, and oversee the management of all CCAR recovery coaching services.
• Supervise and support direct reports; ensure performance expectations are clearly communicated and achieved.
• Provide oversight of Telephone Recovery Support (TRS) and other recovery coach-related resources and initiatives.
• Support and coach staff and recoverees to engage in meaningful recovery advocacy efforts.
• Actively participate in local, state, and national initiatives by attending meetings, events, and/or serving on committees to promote recovery coaching services and elevate the profession.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all recovery coaching services.
• Manage and maintain recovery coaching program databases, including those related to Emergency Departments (ED, CL), Department of Correction (DOC), Department of Public Health (DPH), and TRS.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve outcomes across all platforms.
• Oversee contract and subcontract relationships, including partnerships and potential technical assistance engagements.
• Other duties as required.
The Director of Recovery Coaching position is a full-time exempt (35 hours/week) in-person position with occasional evenings and weekends required.
