This is a leadership role focused on enriching the lives of our residents through dynamic and engaging recreational programs. Key Responsibilities:

  Plan & Lead Recreation Programs: Design, organize, implement, and evaluate engaging activity programs that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

  Staffing & Leadership: Assess departmental staffing needs and assign sufficient activity personnel for each shift, ensuring the highest standard of service.

  Training & Development: Lead in-service training programs that equip your team with the skills needed to deliver exceptional activities and care.

  Equipment & Supplies: Oversee the ordering and maintenance of equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is operational and available when needed.

  Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure a holistic, person-centered approach to resident care.
