Job Description - Director of Regulatory Affairs US FinTech | Supervisory & Licensing Governance

Overview

Leads engagement with federal and state regulators, manages
licensing requirements, and oversees regulatory change management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi -state licensing

• Track regulatory developments

• Lead response to regulatory inquiries

• Manage policy updates

• Engage with SEC/FINRA (if applicable)

Requirements

Experience

• 7–12 years regulatory compliance experience

• Multi -jurisdiction financial services exposure

• Experience with regulatory filings
