Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Director of Rehab for an outpatient clinic in Winchester, VA.

This position is ideal for a physical therapist who enjoys direct patient care, clinical responsibility, and helping create a positive experience for each patient. You will provide one-on-one treatment, manage a diverse caseload, and use hands-on therapy, movement, strengthening, and education to support patient recovery.

In addition to patient care, you will help support clinic growth through strong relationships and consistent, high-quality care.

At a Glance

• Location: Winchester, VA
• Setting: In-person outpatient clinic
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Patient Volume: Around 12 visits per 8-hour day

Responsibilities

• Lead rehab services for the clinic location
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment
• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Treat athletes, children, adults, and active patients
• Use manual therapy, strengthening, movement, and patient education
• Use the fitness facility space for functional rehab
• Maintain accurate documentation in Athena Health
• Build patient trust and support treatment follow-through
• Help grow the clinic’s caseload through outreach and care quality

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Active PT license required
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred
• Manual therapy experience or interest preferred
• Comfortable working as a solo provider
• Willingness to support local marketing and clinic growth
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work with a diverse patient population

• Salary range: $100,000 to $110,000 annually
• Full-time W2 position
• Profit share opportunity once profitable
• Productivity bonus opportunity at 90% productivity
