Job Description - Director of Rehabilitation

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

About Us:

Genesis Brain Institute is a neurological rehabilitation center that enhances brain performance via customized treatment programs. GBI is equipped with sophisticated diagnostic analytics. Our facility utilizes the latest scientifically-backed therapies to help improve brain function and quality of life to give everyone a new beginning of hope.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department and provide hands-on care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the therapy department, including technicians administering therapies.

Provide direct patient care using therapies such as:

Virtual Reality Therapy

Neurofeedback and Biofeedback

Vestibular Therapy

Cognitive Therapy

LLLT Photobiomodulation

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

Perform diagnostic procedures, including:

Quantitative Electroencephalogram (qEEG)

Video Oculography (VOG) / Nystagmography

Pupillometry

Balance Assessments

Handle administrative tasks such as:

Organizing therapy schedules

Making phone calls to patients and attorneys

Occasionally traveling to Ocala for work-related duties

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or Chiropractic Neurologist.

Experience with vestibular therapy is preferred.

Familiarity with advanced therapies such as HBOT and TMS is preferred.

Willingness to obtain certification in HBOT and TMS if not already certified (clinic will provide support).

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills for working with patients, attorneys, and team members.
