Shift Hours: Full time Monday -Friday 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

• · Efficiently manage patient scheduling and delegate responsibilities to staff, ensuring optimal service delivery.
• · Supervise, train, and evaluate the rehabilitation team to uphold performance standards and deliver quality patient care.
• · Participate in the hiring process, maintaining a skilled and dedicated team.
• · Implement compliance and risk management policies; ensure point-of-service documentation and accurate billing.
• · Communicate departmental goals, achievements, and challenges effectively with administration.
• · Manage department finances, including budget adherence and revenue optimization.
• · Ensure accurate and timely MDS reporting, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• · Uphold infection control standards and facility safety protocols.
• · Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
