Northgate Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time OT, PT, SLP, OTA or PTA  to join our stable, in-house therapy team. We seek a clinician who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents and offer opportunities for you to develop programs in cognition, memory care, skilled functional maintenance and many more. Texas Therapy License and at least 1 year of experience in leadership in a SNF or LTC setting
