WOODLAND MANOR NURSING & REHABILITATION, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist, PTA, Occupational Therapist, OTA  or Speech Language Pathologist to lead our dedicated in-house therapy team! We seek a clinician who is passionate about providing the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse mix of both orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer many opportunities for you to develop programs in wound care, cognition, memory care, return to home and more!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current license in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy
• Prior SNF or post-acute therapy leadership experience
