Vital Therapy is scouting for a strong therapy leader to serve as a director of rehabilitation for it's in-house therapy team in Lufkin, Texas. This is a skilled nursing and long term care setting and we are looking for a therapist who has leadership experience in this specific environment. Requirements

Texas Licensed Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant

At least one year of therapy leadership experience in a post-acute inpatient rehab setting
