Director of Rental - Power/Generators

D2B Group's client is searching for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Rental - Power/Generators to lead their rental operations and drive growth in the power and generator sectors. This senior position involves overseeing all aspects of rental services, including business development, rental fleet management, and operational efficiency.

The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize rental revenue while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in rental operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the rental business strategy to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of the rental fleet, ensuring equipment availability and reliability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive rental transactions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to create and implement effective rental programs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position the rental business competitively.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management on rental operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all rental operations.

• Proven experience in rental operations management, specifically in power and generator sectors
