• Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Analyze communications effectiveness and provide optimization guidance
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight development and analytics workflows
• Support new business efforts with research-backed narratives and opportunity framing
• Help build scalable tools, processes, and insights capabilities across the agency

Qualifications
• 6–10 years of experience in research, insights, analytics, or strategy (agency experience strongly
preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree or certification required (master's degree is related field a plus)
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Experience in health, wellness, healthcare, or regulated sectors strongly preferred
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic direction
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Experience developing measurement frameworks and interpreting performance analytics
• Familiarity with social listening, audience intelligence, and AI-enabled research tools
• Strong project and vendor management skills
• Collaborative, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
• Experience implementing and working with advanced data tools and software (Power BI or
Tableau) a plus
